I will do my best to set the time of the live trainings so that most people will be able to attend, but in the event you can not attend, you will get the recording e-mailed to you the following day. You will also have lifetime access to the course!

This course is NOT designed for those with an active eating disorder. I highly recommend finding a specialist to work with to treat the eating disorder.
